VSC I-485 RFE Sent and waiting for response TRACKER

Seems we have similar dates on 485 RFE and LUDs.
What is your Notice Date for 485?

I485 RFE'ed, but now EAD and AP

What is going on? We replied our I485 RFE recently and on April 21 we got e-mail notice that they have received them. For the 485 RFE, they asked for our I-20 forms, pay stubs, tax return and employment letter. But today I got another batch of e-mail notice asking for RFE for our AP and EAD applications that were filed in Feb. Isn't this something weired? Anyone had similar experience? Our current EAD card will expire at the end of May. Hopefully we can get this whole thing over by then. :confused:

Hi Laser,

the RFE for EAD and AP might be with photos .. digital photos are no longer valid at USCIS . by pointing on digital photo , i still have y reservations on this as i know a couple who have submitted their EAD and AP with digital photo (taking at same place and submitting at same date ).one had received the approved notice and other had photo RFE .

give another 60 days for your I485 status ..you should receive USICS response by that time .. also you should able to receive the EAD by MAY end .

Ref Date Dec 6th respond receieved by INs dec 15th 05 not heard yet about AD..

Attorney inquired on March 29th and received a letter about service processing and will take 60 more days to response.
W a i t i n g Patiently ..MY PD is 1999 of March if waiting till today what's going to change in about 2 months ,one month has already gone..

Today I got my e-mail notice that my wife's and my I485 cases are both approved on Apr. 30th, which is a Saturday. Thanks for working so hard, USCIS.

I140 (NIW) AD: Feb. 04
I485 ND: Mar. 04
FP: Nov. 20, 04
LUD: NOV. 29 (FP received)/ Dec. 30 (Possibly name check)
RFE: Mar. 9, 05, asked for my employment letter, pay stubs, 2004 tax return, and I20 copies from both my wife and me. It took me 3 weeks to get the letters.
RFE received at VSC: Apr. 21.
LUD: Apr. 28
AD: Apr. 30.
 
Hey laser, Congrats and enjoy ur freedom.did your case have just one LUD on 04/28 or had series of LUD's from 04/21, as in my case there have been 3 LUD's since they received on 04/22.

Help me

Guyz,
Can clear me on the following issues.
I got rfe on 485 last week.
How do I know what is the rfe about?
My attorney will not inform even if he recieve it. He is son of a gun.
I need to followup continously and it is frustrating.
Since this is adjustment of status.. Can I get RFE info by directly calling USCIS?
Can I also submit documents if ready with like pay stubs, w2 etc. directly to USCIS without waiting for my attorney to send it as he will definitely take months for it?

Your answers will help be to expedite the process.

I think you have to wait until your lawyer received a letter from USCIS?
work with yoru lawyer to do it fast ??

I just talked to representative in USCIS.
Since it is adjustment of status they have sent mail for my address directly and I can submit all the documents directly without attorney intervention.
