VSC I-140 RFE Sent and waiting for response TRACKER

EB3 I-140 RFE Received by BCIS on Sep 30th 2004, LUD changed on 10/04, 10/05, 10/06. Nothing happend after that. Same message since Sep 30th 2004...

There seems to be only 1 I-140 approval after an RFE in VSC the past few days. The details of this are here:

I dont know whats happening with my case now. I saw my LUD on 9/30 and there have been no changes after that. Does INS prioritize RFE responses based on Educational, Ability to Pay, Experience, Category changes etc?

RFE sent by USCIS on Sept 10th
Received by lawyer on sept 21st
Responded back on Oct 12th
LUD on oct 14th indicating that they received the RFE response

LUD on 10/20 , 10/21 - NO change in message

Finally, my I-140 is approved. It was approved on Oct 20th 2004 and it took them exactly 16 working days for the magical words to appear online.

Original RFE: Apr 5th 2004
RFE Never received
RFE Resent on July 14th 2004
RFE Responded on Sept 25th
RFE Received by INS on Sept 27th
RFE Approval Date : 20th October
EB2 - B.S Degree with 5 yrs of experience
 
Good News...
My I-140 is approved. RFE response was received by USCIS on Sep 30th 2004. It was approved on Oct 23th 2004. In my case also they took exactly 16 working days for the magical words to appear online.
 
I-140 finally approved !!!!

Logged in to check the status on the uscis website today in the morning and saw that magic words !!! I have chosen consular processing. A few more months to freedom !!!

With all the approvals in the recent days, things are finally looking good! So guys waiting for approval, just hang in there !! Your approvals just around the corner.

I guess, I am the only one hanging here with a RFE for past 5 months and counting .. It's frustrating!!!

I opened a status inquiry 10 days back .Let us see if anything comes out of it.

I am still waiting. My response was received on SEP 15....Don't lose your hope. Lets see...
 
I-140 approved after 2 RFEs

My I-140 got approved on Nov 03,2004. It took around 9 days from the day my RFE response was received, for the approval.

The clock starts ticking after BCIS receives your response - makes your wait time 2.5 months and not 5 months. The luck guys got answers within 10-30 days after responding to RFE.

BCIS received my lawyer's reply to 140 RFE on Apr 28th, 2004 and nothing has happened since.

140/485/AP/EAD ND 06/02/03
140 RFE 4/15/04, REPLY RECEIVED by BCIS 4/28/04

2nd EAD/AP Mid april, Approved around 6/08/04

Dint post my details as it would disappoint others who are eagerly waiting after responding to RFE.

Dates Changed again for I-140

My RFE was recieved on 10/28. My lud changed on 10/28, 10/29 and again today (11/5). Can anyone see a pattern. Please share your experience if similar.
 
Yes, its normal for the LUD to change for around 2 or 3 days. Then it becomes quiet and you will start wondering if they forgot you! On average, it takes around 15 to 25 working days for you to get a response to your RFE.

Anybody got any approvals yet. My LUD last changed on 18th Oct. After that no movement. This is getting frustrating now !!!!
 
My 140 got approved

my case got approved on Nov 15th. Today( 11/23/2004) I had a lud change on my 485. I have completed my FP as of 10/8/2004. Will update if anything happens on the 485 end.
 
My RFE was replied on 11/17....Please see my signature file for the details. LUDs changed twice 11/22 and 11/23 but no change in MSG.
