visitor visa extention denied

Hi,
My mother came to USA on visitor visa.I applied for extention within the time period. I got the letter of deniel after five months. Meanwhile I got my citizenship and applied for my mom I-485 and I-130. Unfortunately there is diffrence of two days after I applied for her and receiving of deniel letter for her extention.
Letter states that she has to leave this country within 30 days from the date of the letter and letter itself was delivered after 47 days from the date of the letter.
pl advice me what should I do in this situation.
