My apologies if this issue was already covered in the archives - I looked but couldn't find anything specifically with an expired Visa but a good I-94.
My question is as follows:
My wife, who is Korean, had a Visa to the US issued on 03APR2008 and good until 02JUL2008. The visa had an 'M' for multiple entries.
Upon landing at JFK she was given the I-94 with a stay until Nov. 25, 2008.
We want to visit friends in Canada for four days - she can get into Canada, but can she get back? Does the 'M' on her expired Visa extend to her I-94 as well? Basically we just want to be sure that if we take this trip, she'll be able to get back into the US.
We'll be going by car, if that makes a difference. Thanks greatly in advance for the help
