Please help and advice accordingly.
my boyfriend won dv lottery 2007.After that he added me as the wife .we were scheduled for interview on 28th jan 2008.After all process as in medical we went for the interview...bt to our surprise ...the CO a back a merican woman who interviewed us at the American Embassy gave a regret of Not qulified as in we married for the purpose of immigration only. After spending alot of which u know here in kenya...we came out without visa......bt we never gave up we tried our lucky of applying as couple now this time dv 2010 and won....and our case is current in August...now what am worried are they going to accept as as married couples because all the information we provided last time at the Nairobi Embassy is what we have again....the only difference is that now we applied as a couple not like the first time my boyfriend applied as single and added me.Please advice me accordingly because am worried I don't want to loose again this time....

It shouldn't be a problem. U guys would be fine. Be able to answer some personal questions about ur marriage and make sure ur answers coz u will be interviewed separately. Also go thru the DV 2010 Nigeria and Ghana thread for more ideas on the likely questions for couples. Goodluck!!!

You should not be worried now that the information you gave when filling the online as you stated that you were married and you should have a marriage cert is up to date

First off, Congrats with the second winning! I can't believe you are unlucky and lucky!!! If you two have been in the marriage ever since, you will be just fine. I assume you have lots of pics during the past 3 years which can prove your relationship is in fact bona fide!!! Be prepared to present proof of marriage and you'll be fine. GOOOOOOD LUCK this time!

Congrats! You can and probable will get more questions since the comp. system will be having the prior denial. If you make sure you have enough proof of the years you were married and addresses that you both lived at (same address) and pictures...than you should be fine. If you don't have the proof, that might be hard to overcome, but IMO you should be fine.

If u r asked about ur first winning of DV , just speak the truth and the reasons why you were denied. Americans dont like telling lies and they hv all the documents u faced visa interview previously. But if are not asked like ..Did u face any visa interview for US earlier?...................just skip it.
