Just called 804 number and the guy who answered my phone said they are processing March 4th 2002 RIR cases.

4 more days to get to my case

My Labor Petition was filed in VA- Regular in May'-03. The way things are looking I am not hopeful of getting my GC before 4 yrs! Would April 2001 omen get over anytime soon?

Hi, folks,

I just called 804 number. The lady I spoke with told me that they have just 1 person working on RIR cases right now, all others on nonRIR. She didn't know how many cases have been left for April 30, but she knows that Mr Promer (?) has this info. He will be in the office tomorrow.

Called the 804 number - currently at March 15, 2002 for RIR and May 1 for Non-RIR. Looks like they have finally crossed the Apr 30 bottleneck. My PD is March 26. Will keep this forum updated if I hear anything. Thanks.
