Keep up the good work. I hope soon everybody will be done with this mess.
 
I think you should contact your lawyer. Normally VA Labor dept send a notice stating that your application as been processed by SESA and has been transferred to philly. You can also ask your lawyer for the phone number where you can check the status.

I have read other people response on this forum where they call a richmond number Richmond 804-236-2708 . You need your name and employers name. Sometime they ask for case #(i am not sure about this).

Congratulation on your SESA approval.

For DOL, just get onto 'Phily DOL' thread and you will find all the stuff you need. You can either send a e-mail or call AVM to find case status. It may take 7-10 days to get your case into DOL DB. Also your lawyer will be notified w/ case number.

Like VA thread, Philly DOL thread is also one of most active. Its taking 90-100 days for DOL approvals.

hey anyone remeber how much time it took to clear 27th april. Now that it had mooved to 30th that can be a good case.

Processing of Non-RIR

They started processing April 27th around 18the Dec and finished it around Feb 5th. So it took them 50 days in all to finish 27th. But to estimate dates based on this is not accurate as it is all dependent on the number of applications received and they received way more applications on 30th April (it being the last day for 248(i)). So it may take them longer to get donw with 30th April N-RIR. But it is good to know they are making seady progress and have been consistantly moving ahead with the RIR processing dates.

Couple more questions. DOL case number will come up only after these 7-10 days, right? Will the date be called RD or ND?
 
Processing Date

Hi Guys,

You all are a doing a great job in keeping this thread active.

Whats the latest processing date for RIR? 6th November or have they moved?

This is what I got from my attorney...

"Price Waterhouse Cooper was working with the DOL to streamline/expedite the
LC process. They implemented a "test" program to find out how much they can
speed up the LC process. It will probably be state and federal. Not much
is known about it yet since it is in the test phase but out of the 1500
chosen, only 210 were chosen from Virginia. Lets wait and see what happens,
the good news is, your case should be processed faster that it would have
been since this is the goal of the program. This isn't much more info that
you already found out but if hear anything else, I will let you know.
