Your question is not clear. If you meant advertisements before applying LC?. If so, NO. Otherwise YES. This will be done under the supervision of labor dept for Non-RIR. They will ask your employer to do the advertisement and responses will be recieved by department and employer will asked to review and if match is found to conduct interviews etc and then submitt the report.

different processing date

The officially published RIR processing date is: Oct 11, 2002.
But I called Richmond office 3 days ago, a lady told me the date is OCt 15th, 2202. Which one will be correct?

Few days here and there is okay guys !!.

Normally officially published dates are a bit delayed. What you get form office is latest. Some times between officers, the dates will be few days off. That is because each individual works on set of cases and there is every possibility that they can be off by couple of days to one another. One should atleast give a buffer of a week days, in my opinion !!

Experience in LC

I filed the LC with 3 years software experience before I joined the company. But the skills used in current job is not exactly the one used by the jobs before. Will this cause problem?

25th now

I think they are processing 25th Oct now as my lawyer got a RFE a very stupid one. They asked my lawyer to put 5 years of College instead of just saying "Masters"

any ideas about Non-RIR???

Its always been April 2001. Its been a long long time that this has ever moved....

Guys, do you have any idea about what dates of April 2001 VA SESA is processing....the last that I heard/read was that they were doing something like last week of April...

28 & 28th happen to be Saturday/Sunday....so was just curious about the actual date of the processing....

Any updates is well appreciated.
 
Good to know that they have moved to Oct 31. Any idea about the number of applications in November and December 2001?

Are they still on April, 27th 2001? That's right that April, 28-29 was a weekend. It's interesting how long these two dates (27s and 30st) took in different states. It will, probably, give us any idea about VA non-RIR. By the way how long did it take for RIR cases?
