Hi People

All this is great news that the Queries have been cleared and forwarded to DOL. Hopefully DOL will also finish these fast.

I had a few questions. To Camin, New_Friends and goodone could you please post some details of the RFE you guys got and what was the response your lawyers put together.

To ma_an you said that the Same officer is processing RIR and non-RIR can you clear that information a little bit more. We had the understanding that they had some officers processing RIR and some non-RIR. But if everyone is doing RIR and Non-RIR then how does that work.


What dates are they processing for Non-RIR.... It will be faster after they are done with the April NON-RIR.

Could the last person who got his/her approval (or anyone from the list) please update the list to reflect the current status of everybody.

That way we will know where we are, the progress and future estimates and who should call for info to SESA.

Called Yesteraday VA SESA, they said they had some problem with system and they can pull my case only if i have the Case#, which i don't . I called my lawyer and left a message. Should know something today.
 
what are the dates ?

SESA Update

Here is the SESA update

They are processing

RIR - June 28th 2001
Non-RIR - April 24th 2001


I did not ask her how many more days for the NON-RIR before they will be done. May be some who calls next time can ask that.
 
VA SESA Update

Hi Guys,

Just called VA SESA . they are processing June 29th. I asked them about my case and they said that mine was ready to be transmitted and that it would be sent to Philly DOL today !

As per Va_Labour updated list, Your PD is June 19th, 2001. But You said that they are processing June 29th,2001 and they are sending your case today.. which I don't get.. There are 10 days gap between ur case and processing date. Could you please explain it.

congratulations to all of you who have cleared VA SESA and good luck for further processing. The processing seems to be faster now. I hope rest of us will be cleared soon.
 
Phone Numbers

Can someone please provide me with the phone numbers of the offices in Virginia. I understand from the postings that there are multiple offices in VA. So, how do you know which office to call or is there one standard number? Please advise!
