Valid O visa - 140/485 concurrent pending - Do I need advance parole?

I am currently under a valid O visa (Sep 2004).
I have applied for 140/485 concurrent filing.
140 is still pending.

Do I need an advance parole to travel to India?
I have heard and read of valid H and L visas able to travel to India without advance parole.
There are neither postings or references to O visa.

Any information or pointers would be apprecieated.

I have heard no references to the ability of non-immigrants in anything other than L or H status to re-enter without AP. I would strongly suggest you get AP before you leave.
