I thought USCIS does not like B-2 applicants who apply for EOS to attend their grandson's birthday

I like how you find the positive nuggets in every situation....lol!!! I would be glad to save the $10, but really mad to wait for about 10 years before I am served by USCIS...

Will the I-765 still be no fee when filing concurrently with I-485 and I-130?

Doesn't seem to be mentioned in the summary, but the fee for the I-765 is increasing by $50.

I am hoping that I'll file before the end of october. I have everything ready (i believe) and just about close getting together the money it's going to cost me.
