You are away far behind, get your facts straight and conduct some deeper research, if the only tool you got is GOOGLE (then you're so <ERASED>) you play like a (ERASED) in documentation. I did a presentation-expose' of 130 pages, 6 hours about material Support bar, I know more than any body in this forum in regards to that issue or topic, its damage, where we at with. That link you provided is pathetic, and you ares so cocky because you pretend that you know everything, and you know your are too limited, The link is too old, vague ,ambigous, broad, strechty and is talking about waivers affecting 10 groups, waivers affecting certain class, waivers affecting those under coerce and durees, generated by legislation signed by Bush etc... The link did not even talk about the latest development of Jan 2009, you are totally (ERASED), far behind in this subject, you should be quiet and quit, when you cannot help, when you cannot be convincing. About Material support Anybody else affected on this date and time is in limbo. Don't play smart with us through GOOGLE, bring something genuine and convincing your own explanation. This forum is not about personal attack, you start becoming arrogant, because you heard once <<in-house lawyer>>, Get off my back and get a (ERASED) life.

remember this guys works for an "Attorney whose License was revoked due to Court technicality violation." An attorney would have to do something terrible to have his license revoked.

Not Correct. I even know a friend whose Asylum based GC is approved in 1 month and 10 days(in March 2009). There are also 3 more friends of mine whose Asylum based GC is approved from 4- 5 months time period(all in 2009).

Unfortunately i'm still waiting for decision(its been 10 months since i filed my Asylum based AOS) I opend SR but no response yet. I am assuming that my case is delayed because of RFE i received in January 2009.
