Hi, I have a contraversial question for which i tried to find information from huge sources and could not find it.
If you marry a US citizen who is actively serving in US military how long it will take you to apply for naturaliztion if you hold conditional green card?
See the issue that US naturalization hand book says to get naturalized you should be permanent resident on the date of interview?
It is official information by USCIS. But is it true? I didnt find answer of it by USCIS itself.
So conditional residence and permanent residence is same for this purpose?
Please answer this question who have in depth knowledge about this.
I asked some immigration layers they didnt know about it and they told they do not do military naturalization!!!!!!
