Hello

I received my US passport last year and one of my parents is married to a Canadian, so soon I should be getting my PR card.

If I have US passport and be a Canadian resident can they cancel my US citizenship?

And if I have my PR card and decide to live in the US will the PR card cancel?

No.

That generally only happens if you take a foreign oath with the intention of relinquishing your US citizenship.

There was a time when my parents were living in Canada as US citizens with PR status. Was never an issue. They are now Canadian citizens and the US consulate in Toronto is very much aware of that.

Having US citizenship and Canadian PR is just like having, say, Chinese citizenship and a US GC. It's completely normal.
