The "moral character" test doesn't seem to apply to those who enforce it.
Exactly. He'll probably have his sentence reduced to 1 year for "good behavior" and get rehired as an adjudicator.

2 and 3 years seem too little time for such a crime.
i wonder if there's a law against him being hired for a federal job again. this time around he would know the tricks of the trade better than to get caught...
