US asylee girl and Canadian boy

I came to US in march and I am getting married with a Canadian. please tell me how to get travel document and how long will it take ? and do i need canadian visa as well ? do my guy needs to sponser me ? and what after marriage ? can I still be on my refugee status in US or will be Canadian permanent resident ? help me plz
 
Your Refugee Travel Document (RTD) will take about 6 months to be processed. DO NOT leave the country until you get it. Al though, I don't know if going to Canada is as bad, since you can essentially drive to the US POE and show your refugee status in your passport.

You need a visa for Canada. I don't know what happens after you marry him, though.

If you get the Canadian permanent residency through your Canadian spouse, you may not be eligible to adjust your status to US LPR based on your US asylum status and you may lose your asylum status in the US.

You may not be able to file I-730 if the marriage took place after you were granted asylum.

To visit Canada, you have to have RTD with a Canadian visa on it. You don't have to have a Canadian visa if you are already LPR.

Be careful, if you had any unlawful presence (180 days or more) and you leave the US on RTD, then you might trigger the inadmissibility bar section 212(a)(9)(b)(i). You will be permitted to re-enter the US with RTD but you will need a waiver when you adjust your status to LPR. Waiver is granted on case by case for asylees and refugees when they apply for LPR.
