URGENT:valid visa stamp in the expired passport

Hello All,

I have a valid visa(exp 04/10) in my old expired passport. I have since got a new passport, and have also changed my employer; so I have a new I797(exp 09/10)
I plan to travel to India this week. Do i need a visa restamping on my new passport before my re-entry?

Any replies are appreciated.

Staple both the passport and show the Visa page in Passport AND H1Transfer approval notice at POE. Check your I-94 expiry date it should be till your H1 transfer approval notice validity.

No additional document required, but having the letter from company doesn't hurt just in case.
Old passport with valid stamp, new passport and I797 can do the most.
