Urgent !!!! Marriage to Illegal

Hi

I am on H1B and want to marry someone who is illegal.Though she entered US thru legal means but overstayed,so can she get H4 easily if she marries me and what is the procedure for getting her h4.

-- I think NO, why dont you post her full details when she came to US and on what kind of Visa and when her I-94 got expired, if she has stayed illegaly more than 6months or 1 year then she is subject to 3 year or 10 year bar, she will not get any kind of visa and she canot get GC through you, if she entred BEFORE 1972 then inform us
