Updated RFE\'s wait/approved Table

No Title

Please add this to table. EB2 INDIA, PD 04/99, RD 02/00, ND 03/00, FP 03/01, RFE issued on 4/24/01. RFE Replied on 5/09/01 and RFE received by INS on 5/16/01. I just checked the AVM.
OCT2000 please add this to table. I appreciate your survice. Approval date???? Waiting for approval.

Thanks for maintaining the table. My 485 has been approved on May 11. Please update the table when possible. Received a courtesy copy yesterday. My AVM wasn\'t updated as of yesterday morning. Here are the details.

Did you read between the lines..what\'s going on???????

Last Q: There is no I-140 Redo for me although my company name has changed after filing my 485 in 1999. Do I expect another RFE or request for I-140 Redo or straight approval.

Please share your opinion.

First if for typical employment info. 2nd one for wife\'s medical RFE i.e., she was pregnet so didnt take complete medicals. So they asked to complete the medical Now.

 RFE above was for spouses medical missing ? so redo.
 Now kids case is not found but we r anticipating another RFE as TB test was not done for kids as the INS DR felt so.
