Since we worry about anythhing and everything here is mine:

1. Would we be getting questions that are taken from the detailed explanationn of the answers? (For every question in the booklet, there is the italicized explanation. Ex: How the VP took over after Roosevelt and JFK died etc)
2. What if your answer is correct but not exactly correct? (Who elects President? I always answer - People, then I realise its the electoral college). Would we get 2nd chance?

Stick with the 96 questions and answers in booklet, not the drawn out history behind them.

If you answer wrong you don't get a second chance. You have to answer 6 questions correct out of 10, so beat yourself if you miss one. Don't worry and all will be fine.

Don't even go near that extra lessons booklet, just focus on the brief answers. While it is a nice idea, they won't test you on the history behind the answers.

just the brief answers. really. memorize those 96 or 98 from the booklet. that's all you need to know

I think the official booklet explicitly says that interviewees won't be tested on the provided supplementary information.

They might ask you to name the only president who never ran for the office of president or vice-president :)
In all seriousness, stick to the 96 original ones and you will be fine.

I was actually referring to 1948: Harry Truman over John Dewey
