Finally today I heard the much awaited positive message, after a long wait of 9 months and 6 days and one RFE. I feel bit relieved now.
This forum is really great. Guys like Kishan Patel, GKing, Nanshi, TexasLucky, Ken were great support.

I am sure all of us will get the approval soon, After all USA deserves future good citizens/immigrants like us.

It seems TSC started clearing RFE cases. That good news for long delayed cases like KP etc..Still random processing in EB3 cases from April to feb. For EB2 touching late forgotted July cases. Guys keep checking AVM and post msg. with details here. I am still waiting here for last 8+ months, EB3(RIR), RD:9/7/01, ND:9/14/02, AD:?

The Priority Date is empty on the receipt

On my receipt of I-140 the Priority Date is empty. Mine is LC based and the PD is Oct. xx, 2001. Is this normal? Has anybody experienced the same thing? Will this affect me in anyway? Thanks.

But I am not sure I understood your question. I am a medical science researcher with a master degree and combined 6 years experience. I had six strong reference letters, more than 10 publications and 100 citations. Good luck to you.

Congrats. What is your category? I reply my RFE on 04/16/02 and received on 04/17/02. But the AVM has not been changed that the RFE has been received. Did your case has been updated on AVM before your approval? and what is your officer number?(my is #5)

You have mentioned that your approval date is May 3,2002.When and How did you find out your approval? Did you check on May 4th or 5th Or 6th or 7th? If so, what was the message you were hearing?

Mine was EB2 (RIR)

I did not check until my friend called me to give me the good news on Tuesday evening (7th). I was so fed up that i stopped checking AVM. Hope everybody hears \'This Case has been approved on XXXX Date\'
