Yes, For me to send original LC

My lawyer didn\'t attach original LC with the 140 application.That was RFE.

EB3 RIR , RD june 2001 ND july 2001
RFE recvd from TSC on Dec 12th 2001.
RFe replied on jan 2nd 2002.
RFE RECVD date (AVM says) Jan 25th 2002

Yes, I can file another petition as EB1, because my EB2 petition is pending since Loooooooooooooooooooooooooooong
time.

I wanted to apply it in January itself when I received second RFE but I stopped short of doing. Now I am running out of my patience. I have no option but to go for it.

KP re-file - How?

Don\'t you need original LC to re-file I-140? You may end up with RFE requesting for original LC.
 
No RFE for exnt and ND of July 2001

There is no RFE for my I-140 case, and my case is still pending with ND of July 2001. My
immigration attorney is working with INS but I have not heard any progress on my case.
 
Tracker is becoming like INS

slow! last update took more than 2 weeks. Frustrating when you seen a tracker which is always about 1 week late.
 
RFE Finally Approved

Hi Guys,
My i-140 has been finally approved after 15 months. Details are given as below

RD: Feb 2001
RFE 1: Sep 2001 (intent to deny)
RFE 2: Jan 2002 (request for additional inf0)
Approval Date: May 2002

I think they have started working on RFE cases.

i think they are working on old cases now because of all the complaints recd there. i have seen more older approvals than say feb 2002 cases which should be how it should be

I just want to know how many days does it takes to get the approval notice??
