Is the total count of approvals for jan are 1481?? What is 1481 number?? I would really appreciate for this information.

I believe lot of people are now experiencing problems with the excel sheet. I am not sure if it is the size of excel or memory or
if the winzip or excel on my home machine is a issue ?

so I am including the next version, this was created from ver 248
+ added all the postings in between which had new scans (if I have missed them, please point it out for the next person).
+ scanned for more data in 02-105 & 02-107
+ Rescanned for certain dates. Also picked the rescanned data from GcCare's last posting.

Approval count for March is 1686.
Next person shd take it from SRC02-017 (Oct 01 & Nov 01).
These being active areas, I think we shd be close to 1800s soon.

I have also removed the members sheet as it is being maintained separately.

Pl look at the first two posting s of goastros in page 1.

If things are not clear from that please help in building up a right set of instructions/ explanations. Often what is very clear to the person who is writing, are not necessarily clear enough for a new person. But that can be corrected only with the help of those who get the doubts. It is clear to me , but I probaly take too many things for granted.

If you would like to help in building a better set of instructions either post it here or even better sent a PM to goastros. As I know he will welcome those. To send a PM go to one of those goastros message and click the PM button , right next to the profile at the bottom of the message.

Can be Break the file into

SRC01** for 2001 FY
SRC02** for 2002 FY
SRC03** for 2003 FY
SRC04** for 2004 FY

and a Summary Sheet that gives the Summary of all years?.

This way its easy to maintain, think about this guys

we tried this before. Pradha had done a very elegant design
You open the summary sheet and then click on Links to open the appropriate year.
But it would get confusing for some.
if you are interested gc031502, search for the feb tracker thread
and locate the zip file. it would have cons_01.xls....03.xls for the 1 years and then a cons_sum.xls.

does the rfe count in the summary reduce when it is approved or it is kept their for stats??

Hi Prospped,
SRC 02 states the year 2002.
SRC 03 states the year 2003.

INS starts beginning of the new year in the month of Oct (current year). Hence if RD is Oct 2002, INS calculates as new year 2003. That is why you are getting src 03
