+ rescanned from 01-236 upto 01-251

i remember asking for that kind of performance. now that we have it, can we see some 800 approval weeks, TSC?

01-268 more data

More evidence of activity in Feb and March for this date. After approx. 2900 numbers, there are 14 approvals in Feb and March each.

Guys - if this piecemeal update is troublesome, just let me know. I will post the next update after the scan for this date is complete.

Total March Approvals 422

scanned for Apr 2002, and 2 more approvals spotted for 26 Apr 2002. But I had problem in saving the Xl file. Could expert figurout the problem. Total Mar approvals are now 422.
SRC0215854352 Approved 3/2/2004 Approved/Completed 4/26/2002 Received
SRC0215854374 Approved 3/2/2004 Approved/Completed 4/26/2002 Received

ver 223

changes since ver 222
+ added picsarus's more data for 01-268
+ added RR_67's data for 02-073
+ updated approvals & new members in the member sheet.
+ rescanned from 02-137 (apr 02) to 02-175. I did this based on GcCare's message abt 2 approvals for 26th Apr 02.
altogether there are 5 approvals ( 4 for apr 02 & 1 for 7th May 02).

Totals - Feb/Mar - 44732 1835/432

The no of approvals from Feb has gone down from ver 221 or 222.
That is because someone ( I think ME) had put 01-268 data in 02-073. Sorry my bad.

I hope in past 2 days there have been more approvals in the active region ( May-Dec 01).

pradha, i am using office xp, the size of the excel file went down.

goastros,

I think the file size varies in the range of about 100Kb based on version, and sort order. I took version 223

zip file is - 7007Kb
Calculate(F9) and save in my PC - 6990kb
Sort On Date and save - 7043kb
Sort on SRC and save - 7036kb

I think mine is Office XP professional too ( Not too sure)

Why is that?

Hi Goastros,

Do you think, I am doing some thing wrong?

May be it is a old verison of the spread sheet/macros, I am scanning with?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
- RR

RR, since you ran the scan for 02-003 , i am not sure if it was from ver 223 or a earlier version. Probabaly Not from ver 223.
02-003 of Ver 223 had 39 approvals for feb and now your version
had just 30.

Therefore running a rescan by running the macro MultiScanfrom the all_cons.xls is the best bet.
But I understand few ppl have had trouble in saving the file.
were you amongst them too ? i am not sure what must be the problem there ? very big excel file ?/ or too many calculations or what ??

filename change

tomban,

Do you have a reason why we should keep the file name in the zip file changing. If so we should device a pattern and follow that.
If you would like to device some, Pl post so that others posting will follow that as well.

Thanks

nope

only reason was other file was giving me excel errors and was trying to see if another name would do the trick. well it did work:rolleyes:

The name change shouldn't have mattered tombaan.
maybe when you are zipping the file, you might be keeping the file open ??
