Sorry to hear that TSC approved your case for AOS. I think if you could send them a letter pointing out their mistake, they should modify their decison and make it for CP. If they can not do and you still want to go CP way you have no option but to file I-824.
My I140 ND was Feb20,2001 and TSC requested further info. which they had received since Nov.28,2001. Its more than 2 months now and no news. By the way, what does AILA stands for? Also, I\'m a EB3.
I seriously think that the AILA has failed to deliver on it\'s responsibilities in the state of Texas. If the TSC cannot handle the workload which it is ever complaining about, why does AILA not recoomend that it transfer all cases that are a "burden" to other service centers???
8 months for a 140 is just ridiculous..Reports of 50 days(not working day mind you) have started coming in from NSC..This is absolutely gross inefficiency..
Those lay TSC guys
My I140 was approved on 2/6/02 I haven\'t yet received the notice....I again called the IIO at Texas. this time she said that she didnot have access to the information whether my I140 was approved for CP or AOS Is she right? do they know of this kind of information? Anybody had any experience with this? Yesterday the IIO said that my case is not approved for CP I am confused...
