Sorry for not being

able to update the list. I\'m in India now to attend the funeral for sudden demise of my mother-in-law.

Anybody can volunateer to update the list. Add new entries to the updated list from my last posting.

Sorry to hear that milk. I last updated the list on 8th Jan. updated again today. Questions for

GC_AWAITER.. are you sure your notice date is 6/11? everyone else with RD in June have ND in Aug. please confirm that agin.

NWS ..which date is in what format ? are all of them in dd/mm format ? 15/01 doesn\'t make sense in mm/dd format. but 05/08 and 08/08 are too close to be RD and ND if they are in dd/mm format. Please clarify.

I took a look at my previous posting and found an error. I am sorry for that. It should be:

Can you guys tell me Which date will be consider to approve I-485 either RD or ND.

Guys/Gals how long do you estimate it will take VSC to complete processing April and May RD\'s ?

At the expense of sounding too pessimistic, my guess is the middle
of March.

April Approvals started?

I have heard that some people with RD in April have started getting 485 approvals. Is that true? My RD is June 2001, ND Aug 2001 and FP Nov 2001. When can I expect my 485 approval?
