April and even May approvals!!!

If you go to I-485 Issues, under VS, you will see a message posted under the heading "VSC Processing time". Under that, you\'ll see some people with RD in April 2001 and even May 2001 that have got 485 approvals in the past 2 weeks. I don\'t understand how this can be true if so many others are still waiting? Maybe we\'ll all start seeing approvals rapidly! God Bless us.
 
Which PD Became current in March??

If you are not sure, dont post something. Nothing became current in March. It may take till Feb to get approval. But it is not because of PD issue, it is because the process is going slow.

My lawyer told me on 01/03/2002:

Nothing has changed with regard to the processing time at INS - it
is still taking at least 9-10 months.
But she always give me conservative ideas--I am Jun filer, I believe
my case will be approved in Feb. not April.
