traveling on advance parole affect the pending I 485 case anyway?

to re enter US using advance parole , do we face any problem with immigration at the airport ( port of entry)?

When you use AP, they will usually send you to the secondary inspection room, where you may have a long wait (because that room is sometimes filled with people with first-time immigrants and people with questionable immigration status) and they may ask you a lot of questions.

But if you're lucky, you'll see an empty room and get through in 5 minutes.

However you don't know which situation will apply until you get there, so if you have a connecting flight after your initial landing in the US, make sure you have at least a couple of hours gap before the next flight.

i used it twice. once in Bermuda and once in Newark. the bermuda entry was easy. but Newark office put me in the waiting room and that was long wait and very unpleasant. At the end they didnt ask me anything and just stamped my passport and gave it back to me.

Bermuda is US territory??

No, but they have a Pre-Flight Inspection station that allows flights from Bermua to use US domestic terminals. There are also PFIs in several other Caribbean airports, as well as Shannon Ireland and every major Canadian airport.
