I am applying as spouse of US citizen. Should I write travel dates for the last 3 years or 5 years in N-400?
How about residence and employment history?

Questions are contradictory as they first ask for number of days/trips for the last 5 years, but then they want us to list specifically all trips since becoming LPR, which is in my case 3 years ago. I can not list trips for the past 5 years as they are not relevant to my naturalization eligibility.

Bobsmyth I would appreciate your input. Thank you.

If applying under 3 year rule, the statutory period is 3 years, thus you would disclose 3 years worth of history. The N-400 questions are written for the default 5 year rule.

Thank you. Should I provide 3 years as well for residence and employment history or this only applies to travel information?
