Transfer VSC -> TSC

Any more approvals for the cases filed in February at VSC, later transfered to TSC?

This is so frustrating, they are approving cases filed in June, but the cases filed in February are still pending. Any body in the February boat and still waiting?

For those who are still waiting,
There have been 2 recent approvals from the 6 VSC-TSC I-140 cases with the same receipt date of mine, Feb 14, 2006. Now all 6 of them saw some actions (either approval or RFE). TSC seems to be clearing up VSC-TSC I-140 cases. The following is the summary.

05/25 RFE
06/07 Approval
06/28 Approval
07/08 RFE
08/03 Approval
08/07 Approval

I hope you will get approvals soon.
 
I 485 filed in august 2005/ Will it be transferred

Hi Guys:

My I 485 was filed with VSC in August 2005. MY PD is current. I am not too sure if my case will be transferred to TSC or NSC. I have no notification from VSC.

Is there anyone in this forum whose case has been transferred to TSC or NSC from VSC who had filed before April 2006. Please advise.

If it is transferred, in what order are they processing it? Are they processing it based on the original RD or the trasfer date? Please advise.

I would really appreciate any input.

Thank you for your update on VSC-TSC transferred cases.
My ND is 2/28 but haven't received any notice since "received" notice
from TSC on 5/10. Based on your tracking result, it seems to me that
TSC started to gear up for the tranferred cases.
I hope my case be handled in near future.

I am also waiting for the decison of my NIW case RD 2/28.
As you said, it is very frustrating to wait almost 6 months.
Let's be more patient until processing time at TSC passes Feb.
Let's share your info if you have any new development in your case.

Which date they are considering?

One, when case was filed originally or when the case was transfered to Texas?

Any idea?
 
I try to assume that they consider original filing date as RD but some people
in this forum also say that "received" date at the TSC is considered as new RD.
So, I really don't know which is true but hope they will consider my original
filing date for the processing.

Original Filing Date is Basis for Processing Time in Transferred Cases

There has been some concern over cases transferred to the TSC from other service centers in terms of processing dates - concern as to whether the dates of processing would be based on the date of receipt at the TSC or the date the case initially was received at the original service center. There were some indications that the cases would be relegated to the back of the line and processed based on the date they reached the TSC.

Fortunately, the TSC has confirmed that cases will be processed based on the date of original filing. Thus, the transfer of a case should not create additional waiting times.

Thank you very much for clearing up the issue on RD of transferred cases.
I think TSC is currently processing late Feb and I hope my case (2/28 RD)
will be adjucated soon. Good luck on your 485 also!

I haven't heard anything since 5/9 "received" notice.
Now, it's almost 6 months since I filed.
It is very frustrating to see how USCIS handles I-140.

I hope I will get the decision on my case by this month.
Let me know if you have any new development on your case.

I have just received sweet 3 emails from CRIS saying my I-140 (NIW)
was finally approved today. I had a LUD change last Sat (8/19) and Today with may approval (8/21). I was very nervous after getting LUD on Sat but now I am relieved.

I would like to deeply thank this forum for sharing information and guiding
me to this point. Especially, I would like thank 2006gc and Leviathan sharing
their info even after their I-140 was approved.

I wish good luck to other people waiting for decisions.

FYI... Here is the history on my case.

I-140 (NIW) RD 2/28
TX VSC to TSC 4/24 (LUD 4/24,4/25,4/26)
"received" message 5/9 (LUD 5/9,5/10,5/11)
AD 8/21 (LUD 8/19, 8/21)
 
pending at VSC

My case is still at VSC,. does it means that they will do the processing of 485 at VSC. I see many (similar PD) applications were transferred to TSC.
Any idea?

Anyone still waiting to get approved (VSC to TSC)?

I am still waiting to hear anything about my I40 and was wondering whether anyone else is in the same boat?
