Spouse 2nd EAD - 8/26/2003 - planning to apply 3rd EAD soon.

More details:
Labor - MI state (employer from MI)
Worked in MN last 5 yrs. Moved to East Coast (with same employer) in Feb 04.

Can some one help advise if my case will get transferred to Vermont center because I moved to state that is under Vermont Jurisdiction or would it stay in Nebraska?

Appreciate yr inputs.

Got an FRE for EVL myself and BC affidavit for both me and spouse and sent reply yesterday on my own ... my liar wanted $750 for this.

RD : Third week of 6/02
ND : 7/9/02

Gave FPs in Dec 02 and I think they are expired.

Expecting a notice for 2 nd FP after they receive my RFE reply.

just wondering if that triggered your 2FP notice.....
