Tracking for July RD/ND

Thanks for your time in maintaining the tracker.

As for your question , nothing happened after they received the RFE reply , except couple of last updated date changes. Just waiting for my 2nd FPs assuming my first FPs , which I gave on 12/26/02 , were expired.

Just curious anyone got approved with expired FPs.
 
RD/ND: JUL 2002
1ST FP: DEC 2002
RFE issued APR 2004 and received on 4/26/2004
3rd EAD applied and approved MAY 2004
2ND FP: ?????

From my side I saw online approval message for my 3rd EAD. AP approval yet to come.

I485 RD/ND : July 2002
1st EAD/AP : Sep 2002
FP #1 : Sep 2002
2nd EAD/AP : Aug 2003
FP #2 : April 2004
3rd EAD/AP : Applied in April 2004: EAD approved June 4th. Yet to receive card.
I485 approval: :confused:
 
Tracker: minor updates and added waitmatrix.

Srirangam, just like you I got my 3rd EAD approved on 06/04. Yet to receive the card. AP is still pending. Our I485 case status has not changed since 08/13/2002 (probably the day they sent the first FP notice).
 
Uncanny resemblance

Wow! Crouchingtiger2 we seem to have a very similar processing timeframe. I was looking at the tracker sprearsheet and found we both applied for I485 on the same month, FP1 on same month, FP2 actually on the same month but I got it done 2 weeks earlier (April last week instead of May 1st week.) We went thru 3 EAD's and APs. 3rd EAD approved on the same day!!! AP pending approval. Status message has not changed from day 1.

Unbelievable.

Hope we add the GC Approval dates to this too. :)
 
July 2002 case

My details are as follows:

I485: ND/RD: July 31, 2002
FP1 : Sept 16, 2002
EAD1: Sept 25, 2002
EAD2: Aug 24, 2003
FP2 : May 5, 2004

No updates so far....same old 570-600 days message crap! :confused:
 
My lawyer only informed me about my RFE today, it due tomorrow. :( :mad:
It asks for employment and marriage proof. Hope overnight mail can reach INS hand tomorrow.
 
Your profile says RFE: Waiting. Does this mean your lawyer received/slept over your RFE till the last day allowing you to respond it on the last day?

In either case, did not your case status change to "RFE issued" earlier?

Yes, my lawyer wait until the last day to reply my RFE. MY online status said "notice" was sent to me on March 25. But I thought it was for notice for 2nd FP because I received FP notice a few days after the message changed.

Gave Finger Prints 12th Feb 2004.
I 140 approved on 12th November 2003


Does any body has any guess on how long it takes?.
