I my case is non-concurrent category. Because of this delay I am filing my 485 this month..Hopefully this will expedite the process of my I-140...
 
actually there have been no approvals for cases after june 20 which were in mide spetember and a couple of cases which were filed in august, so i m not sure...

How long does it take to get recepit number from Nebraska service center ??

Lawyer says it will take more than 3 weeks . is it true ?

usually lawyers get the AP approval notice which he/she needs to send u by certified mail or personally.
