arp001: you gave me a good feeling! but then with INS I am not ready to take anything seriously....

you are right, only LUD is changing and I am not getting any emails. Last time I had any email from INS was last week when for the first time, message was changed to "On July 9,2003 fingerprint results received... processing resumed...."

Hope I get the approval soon!!

According to FBI our (my wifes and mine) FP results were sent to CSC and not NSC.
National customer service refused to give any information.
Do you know anything about this. If yes give me more information. If no.., please get in touch with your attorney to find out more information.
If necessary we need to write to the congressman in our local area.

My I485 was filed on 8/12/2002

Hi,
My I 485 filed on 8/12/2002.
I140 approved on 02/01/2002, both at NCS.
FP was on 09/15/2002.
Still waiting for for result.
I see some people have second FP. What is that for? Does all applicants go through it? Any idea how come some applications approved although they have later submission date?

Every 15 months your Finger Prints expires , so that time USCIS will send second FP notice , Nobody knows for your second question i e ., why some applications are approved for later dates ? That is the process of USCIS ……..

If you did not get your second FP notice contact your attorney or USCIS ,

Will not work

I tried to contact USCIS regarding the issue and they have their standard answer.. that they are processing Jan 15th 2002 date. Even though I told them most of the application around my time havbe got 2nd FP. If any one else had other results please share.

I do appreciate the participation of every one on this site and the efforts to make the sept tracking list. I finally got approved. I hope the same for all of those who have been in this long and painful Journey. It is time to move on..

Congratulations to people you are getting approvals........I think EB2 are getting approvals first then it will be EB3 .........

Congrats to those approved.

I know we are all trying to find patterns but I am in EB2 sep3 and not yet approved. There must be some pattern in assigning cases to officers. Myabe the first lot is ignored, then the next lots are given to active officers and last to sleeping officers ! Even a random number generator has a pattern if you know the scheme ;)
 
FP2 notice received

Finally I received FP2 notice scheduled for 07/15/04, one week after my 3rd EAD approval on 06/22/04.
