USCIS received the response for my wife's RFE (medical related) on 05/14/04. we had our finger printings taken on 05/08/04, and hope to get approved soon.

No updates on my case, but immitesting got approval on 5/24, I found this out on the other forum.
 
No 2nd FP yet-

My Notice Date is : Sep- 18 ,02 and
No 2nd FP yet..
Have changed address once .. message still shows -- On July 9th Your finger......." No updates to the last update date too..

No RFE... Waiting. No Update for 2nd FP in web. Can anyone post the phone number for FBI to check the Finger Printing verification sent to BCIS. I would really appreciate it.

Do u think for any reason your EAD appl would have triggered your message change? June 01 and May 11 there is too less a difference in dates..., EAD approval...!!!!!
Or is my doubt true?? "Is USCIS waiting to collect 3rd EAD fee before processing I-485 application for 2nd FP cases"????

No, I got my 2nd FP notice 2 weeks before I filed for 3rd EAD. I haven't got my EAAD approval yet
 
Update my info.

My new data are as follows.

RD: Sep 10 2002
ND: Sep 19 2002
FP1 retake: Dec 15 2002 (previous one Oct. 2002)
No more FP until now
RFE: May 10 2004 (EVL)
RFE received: June 1 2004
AD: :confused:

kshashikanth .. Thanks for your hard work in maintaing the Excel spread sheet. However I would like to point out that you have accidentaly marked my case as approved. Thanks for the warm wishes , but unfortunately my case hasn't been approved yet !! If/When my case does get approved , believe me you guys will be the first to know.

I did not put your approved date if you check the date field will be in green color and it will be defaulted to today’s date , I am keeping this today’s date to persons who replayed their RFE , Once you get your approved it will change to red . so that you will know how many days has passed from your RFE replay date .
I always wish and pray that everybody’s GC should get approved ASAP.

Did you ever call back the customer service number. In the previous posts u mentioned u were going to try calling them since it's past due.

Please let us know
 
My and my family case got approved on 6/1/04.

ND : 09/20/2002
FP1: 10/15/2002
FP2: 04/22/2004
RFE: NONE
Approval Date : 06/01/2004
 
I called customer service they gave same old message it will take blah days ......Nothing new ....
