No 2 FP Yet

Hi! Gurus,

I have not received 2 FP yet, I did my 1 FP on 06-JUN-02, and INS reveived the results on 11-JUN-02. What could be the reason.

RD = 19-Mar-02
ND = 06-Apr-02
1FP = 06-Jun-02
AD = ??????

Call the Customer Service center and ask them to connect to teir2.
Best time to call is in the afternoon arround 3 PM. Talk to the IIO and tell him/her that your finger prints expired and do a status enquiry .I guess you should get your FP notice in three weeks. I approached the same way... I got the 2 FP notice .
I am a march filerwith first FP in JUne2002.
 
I got 3rd FP notice too

Hi,

I received 3rd FP notice after two months I did my second FP. I called the local enforcement office who did my second FP. They have no idea why it happened. I asked them to send me any evidence I already did my 2nd FP. I will call customer service and see.

Rfe has been generated today on our cases both for myself and my wife..

I am with the same employer for last 5 year.. any idea what it could be

Happened to me too!

First FP done - 4/28/2003

Received two FP notices in two weeks after that. Local office advised to ignore the notices. Now last week I received another notice for FP.

Merry Christmas!!! I got my gift today!!!

:D YES!!!! I got it!!!! This afternoon (4pm) I checked my status and it was the same old crap... After some Xmas shopping I came back home (6:54pm) and I had it! :D

"This case has been approved. On December 23, 2003, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

Yes! Now I can believe in Santa... :D

Watchout notice date April 5, 2002

My case was transferred to Philadelphia local office on Dec. 12, 2003 after RFE. My 3rd FP is done on January 2nd 2004. Hopefully the 3rd FP is still valid when it is my turn for interview.

I scanned the I-485 result for my notice date April 5, 2002 (EAC02152) . It seems that since 10/21/2003 until today, no one in my notice date has been approved. The case was either transferred or RFE sent, RFE received, FP received/resumed.

I really suspect some untrained inexperienced adjudicator is in charge of my notice date. She/he just transfers all the cases in her/his hand to avoid working error or mistake.

As of today, 100 out of 387 cases has been transferred. Only 12 has been approved.

What do u mean by transfered in local office.
In what case they transfer.
My case is in VSC, will that be transfered to texas INS.
My company is in NY.

Does any one know what do they ask in the interview and how long does it take to schedule the interview. please give your suggestions
