My ordeal is almost over! Today I checked on line message and it says our case has been approved! ( This after 2nd FP on 24th Jan, 2004)

RFE issued on 09/19/03 ( For medical, Emp. letter etc)
replied on 10/14/03
recd. on 10/20/03
2nd FP notice date: 12/08/03
2nd FP done on 01/24/04
I-485 Approved on: 01/30/04 ( Just one week after 2nd FP)

Guys,

Its almost over - I got approved!

This forum is great! And know we are being heard.

I went for fingerprinting four times as you will see below but they did not "print" me the fourth time. I also just put in for my EAD and AP renewals (expiring in May).

Regards to all and I am here if you have any questions.

Received 2nd FP Notice for Self (Wife's still not received.)

Hi Guys,

received 2nd FP Notice yesturday, with the date to appear for FP on 01-APR-04, at Newark.

Does anyone have Experience with dgoing for an early FP, can post his experience. Or if this has been discussed earlier can you direct me to that thread.

Got Approved

Hi Guys,
Mine is AC21 case . I was with company A while applying my 485, then I got laid off, and moved from MO to MD...i.e. Missouri to Maryland. Then joined with company B worked for 3 weeks and moved to Company C.

Did not inform CIS about the Change, other than 3 address change with AR11 and through phone.


Applied my 3 rd EAD on Jan 28.

Folks,

It is my turn to say Approved!!!
Me and my spouse had interview on friday March 12 at newark,
Immigration officer asked few questions and then appoved our Green card. We had stamping on our passports, The cards will be sent in mail within 3-6 months.

Thanks to this forum which gave me so much information and thanks to all of you who answered all my questions when needed. I wish Good luck to every one of you.

Got GC Cards in mail

Folks,

Mine and my spouse got stamped on March 12 at newark after we had interview. We received the Cards on April 9th, within a month . Good luck to all.

Thanks Sbctsublc, DJC0, Edison, dengdeng and so on, I appreciate all your contribution to the forum. After two year and 17 days of I-485 waiting, all kinds of troublesome and torture, finally got approved this afternoon.

Changed address once; contacted senator one month ago, senator office contacted BCIS said my case assigned to an officer, will be processed in 30-60days.

Hold on! brothers and sisters. You will be the next one!
