Apologies for not posting this information earlier.

AP-05/06/2002
EAD - 05/15/2002.
For Self and spouse.
 
EAD card received on 06/18

AVM says my EAD approved on 06/15, but the card validation is from 06/14/02 to 06/13/03. ?It looks AVM was updated on 06/15/02 which is Satuarday.

Hi! Todal333 -- Did u get your EAD or any update on EAD.

I have a question ? When is our 90 Days over is that from Receipt Date on Notice which is 19-Mar-02 or the Notice Date which is 06-Apr-02.
What do we have to do to get the EAD from local INS office.

So far I haven\'t got approval in mail or did not hear from lawyer. Last time I checked AVM, may be 15 days back. I don\'t care about EAD as I have valid H1 for 6 more months. I am sorry I don\'t have any idea about which date we need to count (but my guess is 6-Apr-02, because that\'s the one which AVM says) nor I have idea about how to get it from local INS. I am sure there are so many knowledgeable people on this site which may be able to help you.

AP AD: I did not apply.
EAD for self: I did not apply at the time of I-485. RD: 05/28/02. No approval yet.
EAD for spouse: None

Expecting for GC approval before EAD expired.

Priority Dates are not reterogating until some time 2004

Hi Guys,

I read Sheela Murthy\'s weekly Bulletin and came to know that priority dates are not going to change until some time in 2004. It is a good thing. One less problem to worry about.

*** TRACKER UPDATE ***

Based on the VSC processing times posted at immigration.com, all APs and EADs of March filers should have been approved. I did notice filers from May & June trackers getting EAD & AP approvals + FP notice. But some of us March filers are still unlucky.

INS handles new cases and approves faster while pending older cases (and gives no proper response for the delay if we call them). I would really like to see INS restructured and better procedures established.

No progress has been made in 485 as it is still 8/1/2001 but EAD and AP should be approved in less than a month for new filers.
