Tracker for I 485,I131,I765,FP for June 2007 Filers only from NSC

Hi RB3,

My I485 also had been approved, I'm from ROW also.
Here's my case detail:
PD 12/2004 - EB3 - NSC
I-140 approved in May 2007
Sent I485/I765/I131 on 06/15/2007
RD 06/20/07 - ND 07/09/07
FP 08/21/07
LUD on my I485 - 08/21, 08/22, 09/12 and on 09/15 approved. Got my physical greencard in the mail on 09/20/07 :)
I never got LUDs on my AP and EAD, I guess I do not need them anymore since my GC has been approved.

My Notice date is July 9th and is already approved. So I think the IO is just bluffing or does not know the exact processing dates... NSC is anyway a big mess.... it is a matter of time before your AP is approved.

Let me know as ur AP documents to u? or it will got ot lawyer? and how many days its taking to get to home
 
I485 Approved?

My PD is 10/2003 (NSC) and my 485 status changed to "Card Production Ordered" yesterday. Does this mean it is Approved? I think so :p

Which country are you from? Is it Eb2 or Eb3?

Guys i just found out from Trackitt.com that a guy from Romania with a LC Priority date of 01/09/2007 and EB3 approved for I-485 on 10/12/2007.

Also serbian with a priority date od 03/15/2003 got approved for I-485 on 06/06/2007

Today another one on Trackitt.com from South Korea for EB3 with a priority date of 11/2003 got approved for I-485.

Real Canadian can you tell me if USCIS is really going with the priority date not? No complain though because I do like this trend of approvals..

One more LUD for approved AP

Yesterday (10/16) I got LUD for AP and email from CRIS saying "Document mailed":D
Today, I got another LUD without message changing.:eek: I remember that I also got couple LUD for EAD after the appvoral.

Anybody has similar experience?

Yes, I had my LUDs in early september for couple of days in a row and the next one was oct 15th with Card Production. Good lcuck to you my friend.

Well it looks like USCIS took all the money from Hard working GC lover and now they are relaxing . May be all As*s Hol*es are sleep
 
anybody who is current got any progress on their 485s. I see no LUD after fingerprinting. Does being current really mean anything.
 
Received AP

My lawyers received my and spouse's Advance Parole today and will be posting it to us... took a week after approval to receive the hard copy.
