I have received my AP today. I have noticed that my was misspelled. For Example, my name is 'Bond, James'. On AP, it is spelled as 'Bond, James J'. There is an extra 'J' at the end of the name. I have checked my I131 application that I sent to USCIS and my I131 notice, name is correct on those documents.

Is this going to be a problem during travel? Do I need to call USCIS and correct my name? How long it is going take?

Is there anybody with similar experience? Please share your experince. I have a travel plan during the month of November.

AP lud and approval

I have seen three LUDs in row on AP but still there is no approval.I have to visit India.can any one guide when can expect approval

You can expect approval in a week. I have also received my AP like that.
 
Update on spouse EAD

After a week of my approval, my wife's approval came through as well.
Now, onto waiting for the physical card followed by AP!

EAD Card

I had received the card production email on 9/21 and got my actual EAD card over the weekend, but still not have received the "Approval notice sent" email nor has the status changed for my I-765. Any idea why it has not come.

Approval notice will go to your lawyer. check with the lawyer.

My LUD is showing this message since this morning. Hope it means approval-

On October 2, 2007 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

I-765 - LUD 09/19/2007, Card Ordered - 09/21/2007, Received 09/24/2007
I-131 - LUD 09/20/2007, Document Mailed to Applicant - 10/02/2007

Now only waiting for Green Card. Hope it will also happen soon.
