Tracker for EB3 cases

I-140 RD 4/14/2004 approved on Dec 14, 2004

Hello Everyone:
I have just received an email from USCIS that my I-140 RD 4/14/2004 was approved on 12/14/2004 and the approval notice is in the mail. There was no change in LUD since the notice date.

I-485 for myself, spouse and kids have been transferred to Local Office yesterday too. I will have to hear from local office.

can u clarify that ur I140 RD is april14

Just wanted to make sure that ur I140 RD is april 14th. The I 140 dates posted by uscis is still march 22nd. So I was courious.

Yes, My RD is April 14, 2004 WAC0413650xxxx. It seems that I 140 processing has progressed to April 14, 2004 cases too.

Just got long awaited email that I-140 got approved. Purely concurrent

EB-3-- RD 08-MAR-04

No LUD change since RD

No news for I-485

This forum has been of tremendous emotional support.

Congrats !! GCCWAIT.... It feels so good to see the approval notices coming in. I hope that I post a similar message very soon. Surprise to not see the I-485 approval since yours is purely concurrent.

My application for I140 and I485 were filed concurrently. My I 485 has been transferred to local office on 4/14/2004 too. Best of luck to you.

I-140 Approved

My I-140 has been approved on 12/15/04. I got the email from USCIS yesterday & waiting for apporval papers to arrive my mail.

EB3-Concurrent Filing

I-485 RD 4/29/04, FP 6/3/04 done, AD ??/??/????

LUD update on I-485 on 12/13/04 looks like somekind of mass update but the contents remains the same.
 
12/30/03 I-140 Approved

My I-140 was approved on 12/17/04 after an RFE.

Originally intended to go CP but lawyers applied thru AOS because there was no need for I-824. In October, they told me that an I-824 was needed so I decided to go I-485. :mad:

I-140
12/30/03 - I140 ND (EB3-CSC)
11/5/04 - RFE sent
11/11/04 - RFE Responded and received (responded without telling me)
**** Education - (degree equivalent and readable copy of one transcript -- lawyer could have sent it with the application since had these since 2001)
12/17/04 - Approved

I-485
11/11/04 -- Asked lawyers to file for I-485/EAD/AP
12/17/04 -- Finally sent after correcting my last name spelling 2x.
I-485 ND -- ???

I-140 RD 4/13/2004 EB3 Concurrent approved on Dec 17, 2004

Hi friends,
I have received an email from USCIS that my I-140 RD 4/13/2004 was approved on 12/17/2004 and the approval notice is in the mail. There was no change in I-140 LUD since the notice date, even though the I - 485 LUD changed on 12/10/2004.

My I -485 is still pending. I had applied in EB3 category - Concurrent filing.

How did you come to know that your I-485 has been transferred to the local office ?
 
You may be lucky!

The online message got changed with the details on the transfer and also received yesterday the notice of action for the transfer. Don't worry not all I-485 are transferred, so you may get lucky and get the approval tomorrow!

I-485 Approved

My I-485 has been approved on 12/20/04. I got email from USCIS today about my approval and papers will arrive in 14 days by mail.

EB3-Concurrent Filing @ CSC (WAC04150XXXXX)
RIR(EB3) Labor Filed Aug'2001 Approved Mar'2004.
I-140 RD 4/29/04, ND 5/3/2004, AD 12/15/04 (No RFE's)
I-485 RD 4/29/04, ND 5/3/2004, FP 06/03/04, AD 12/20/2004 (No RFE's)

Can someone let me know once I get the approval papers do I have to stamp I-551 in PP within couple of days or any kind of restrictions for that.
