RFE time

Hi,
How much time it takes for the RFE to receive after LUD status change.
As per my LUD status, it' been mailed on sep-27.

Aslo do we get a copy to my home

New processing dates posted on Oct 06, 2004 says EB3 date is Dec 29 2003. My 140 RD is 08/26/03 and there is no news.
Is there anyone else other than me whose RD is in May/June/July/August/September 03 whose 140 has not been processed?
In the past month the EB3 dates has ridiculously jumped 5 months. CSC is just hoodwinking everyone, to show that they have the backlogs under control. :mad:

When did you receive the RFE? I am still waiting. My RFE was sent on Sept 27. What documents do you need to submit additionally?? Please could you share the info. Thanks

Finally received my RFE. It's about Ability to pay and w2's.
 
I-140/I-485 Approved

Received I-140 approval notice
And web site says I-485 approved too

I-140 Filed Date: 12/04/2003
I-485 Filed Date: 03/05/2004
(concurrent filling, EB3)
 
I-485 Approved

After a couple of weeks of approval of I-140, I got my I-485 approval too..All the best too all the forum members

Hi,

My 140 got approved yesterday, after an RFE. The RFE was regarding my company's position to pay me and others and my W2s.

Yet to get a confirmation from my lawyer.

140 RD - Apr. 20th 2004
RFE sent - Jul. 15th 2004
RFE received - Sep. 29th 2004. (My lawyer says that they sent it during 1st week of sep. 2004).
LUD change - Sep. 29th 2004.
LUD change - Oct. 12th 2004.
140 Approved - Oct. 12th 2004 (Received emails too.).
 
RFE for 140 and 485

My online status says RFE for I-140 and I-485 today. It says notice was mailed on 10/14 and I don’t know yet what is it about.

There is same rfe message for my 140 and for me and my wife's 485. Is it common to have same message for 140 and 485 cases or does it means RFE for both 140 and 485?

Please help.
