Congratulations first! It's great news!
I have a quick question, when did you file 485? You say that your case was semi-concurrent, and then you write that it was approved with filing this week? I am a little confused. I have a non-concurrent eb3 sept 03, 2003 still pending. can you post your nd for 485 and explain your situation a little bit further?

Sorry for the confusion it was mistake during copy and paste.. I will be filing my I-485 sometime this week. Yet to receive the receipt.

I-140/I-485 filed concurrently. RD: July 2003.

EB3 category. Here's the amazing part, *** NO RFE ***

Three years of living hell finally over!

Did you get approval for both 140 and 485? Did LUD change for your cases before approval?

I-140 and bachelor (4 year degree)

Congratulation zinchak, dgarstang or any other guy who got the I-140 approved.

These days I am little worried about the way I-140 are being denied for education reason.

My qualification is B.Sc (3 Year) + MCA (3 year Master)

But

Labor says bachelor(4 year degree) or equivalent + 4 year exp.

I would really appreciate if you could tell about your qualification and about the labor requirement.

I would like to maintain a list of all approved I-140 with their education (candidate ‘s qualification + what was the requirement on labor).

I would really your help. I would be ready to provide to any user here once asked for.

RFE on I-140

Got an RFE today for my case. Can we find what the RFE is about before we receive the hard copy. I-140,EB3, RD-10/21/2004, LUD changed to 9/27/2004

Got an RFE today for my case too on 27th. I-140,EB3, RD-11/20/2004.

I don't think that there is any way to know that, but wait for your lawyers to receieve the RFE.

I want to know if the Fingerprinting is done before or after approval of I 140 in concurrent cases. Mine is EB3 and AP and EAD have come but have no FP notice. My RD for 140 and 485 is 07/30/04. Does anyone know how long it takes for Eb3 to get FP notice?

Hello friends,
I have submitted the response to RFE and got it approved. But 09/28/04 I received another RFE on wife's I485.

EB3 Concurrent ( in same package)
I140 / I485 - 08/19/03
I140 RFE - 09/01/04
I140 RFE response - 09/23/04
I140 Approved - 09/28/04
I485 primary - not touched.
I485 secondary - RFE on 09/28/04.
 
As per new memos, concurrently filed 140 and 485 will be approved at once. So your FP notice should come before 140 approval.

LUD Changed. No Change in Status

LUD Changed for 140, and 485(myself and my family) to 09/28/2004. Status is same though.

Last week I changed the home address. This LUD might be pertain to the address change but the question is does 140 LUD will also be affected by applicant's address change since my Employer is the petitioner?

Or they have picked up my case??

What was ur RFE about. I also got an RFE and replied to them on 23rd sep. Till now on update on the website on my case or approval. My RFE was ability to Pay and W2 for 03.
