In my case also 140 message or LUD (of 140) neve changed. Only 290B got changed twice.

luds for 290b on 09-21 and 09-23
140 continue to stay on 07-07-04..(which is most likely denied date)
Any one has any idea what is going on...

Can anybody give some insight and thoughts
BTW I have received my Canadian PR. I need to enter Canada by first week-of November-2004. Would this status cause any issue at US consulate in Toronto for my H1B Stamping?

Did you call 800 number to inquire about your case?
Did you call CIS 800 number to inquire about your case? All they are saying is "we responded to your request for more information ", so I think you requested more info by calling their 800 number, nothing more than that.

It is a sad news. Today my case of 290B is transferred to AAU. LUDs of i-140 and 290b are changed to 10-25-04.

My evaluation also done by trustforte. But USCIS did not re-open my case. My attroney has re-submitted the same evaluation saying that this was not considered while denying the case. The evaulation from trustforte was submitted while RFE was sent. But this was sent late, almost on the due date of RFE. On I290B the attorney just mentioned "we appleal for this case" and did not submit any new evedence.
United nations: is this the reason why this was sent to AAO instead of reopening the case?, or this is a clear evidence of denial, please advise.?
I am confused as to why your attorney did not write more details while appealing. I think an attorney should submit a brief and give exact replies to all the points raised in denial and also submit evidence. Even if the evaluation was done before, the evaluation should be done again and re-submitted. What documents did your attorney submit with the appeal?shaisha2 said:
