Wife\'s card ordered on 8/28....not yet recvd
Son\'s card ordered on 8/29..recvd
My card not yet ordered.
 
If and When and how will the AVM be updated ?

Hi Dan Dan,

In my wife\'s case the AVM doesn\'t say that it has ordered the card for her, but it does in my case although we both had stamping on Aug 19th,2001. I have seen your message and came to know that in your case it has happened to you.

So do you have any Idea what we can do in order to find out why the card is not being ordered. If you do please let me know.

The above approval and the passport stamping dates are same for my wife and I.

Note: The AVM still says "the case is approved on July 27th and the notice was mailed...." etc.

The officer assured me that the I-89 papers will be forwarded to VSC.

It is tricky to find. It is at the intersection of 100th and 4th. Going west on 8th St take a left on 100th, it is in a Teen Services bldng immediately after 4th on your left. If you go a few meters further you will find the Dntn Park parking on your left, that is the best place to park. Good Luck.
 
Plastic card timeframe

I got stamped in Desmoines - jun\'01 . They told me to wait 9 months
for the plastic . What did they tell u??
