even was approved still problems

my application and 15 others they had a missing signature from the ins personal of garden city. they had to send all the applications back to garden city for the ins person to sign them and then back to vermont. more delays for the plastic..

         How did you come to know about this ? When was I-89 papers sent back to Garden City INS office ? Who told you this ? By the way, where is Garden City ? in NJ ? in NY ?

one of the examiners which i was lucky to have him did not sign on all the papers, so they decided to ship them (files) back for a few days( last day of last week) so he can finish it up..
hopefully it wont delay a lot the process..

My child\'s case was also approved 6/26. She doesn\'t need stamping.
Yet to receive card.

If she doesn\'t need the stamp and we travel to India before we get the
cards, what proof do I have of her PR status?

Stamped my wife\'s and my passports on 08/29/01.
From the approval notice it did not seem like my daughter needed the
passport stamp....
