Which category is EB2?

Hi!

I was looking in the processing times and there are a lot of I-140 categories. None of them says EB2, which on is the category for EB2?

140 A&B E1-E2 is EB1; First Preference Extraoridnary Ability Worker & Outstanding Professor or Researcher
140 C E1-3 is EB1; First Preference Multinational Executive or Manager
140 D E2-1 is EB2; Second Preference Advance Degree or Exceptional Aibility Worker
140 E E-3 is EB3; Third Preference Skilled Workers/Professionals
140 G EW-3 is EB3; Third Preference Unskilled Worker

To Read CSC Processing Time Report:

Abbreviations:

CSC : California Service Center
WAC : Western Adjudications Center
EB2 : Employment Based Second Preference
RIR : Reduction in Recruitment
RFEs : Requests for Evidence
RD : Receipt Date
ND : Notice Date
AD : Approved Date

How to Read Receipt Number (WAC Number) :
For Example if you have Receipt Number as below
WAC 01-262-XXXXX then,
WAC : Represents California Service Center
01 : Year 2001
262 : Two hundred Sixty second working day from October 1, 2000 (Fiscal Year)
XXXXX : This your case number
 
Does any one know...

... how long does it take to receive the receipt from INS once my I140 application is sent to them.
 
WAC-01-282-XXXXX RD 8/27 ND 9/12 EB3/RIR CSC still waiting

Anyone know if EB3\'s and EB2\'s are being processed at the same rate. There seems to be alot more EB2 people posting on these boards
