Track CSC I-140 EB2

No Title

The E1-3 date posted on the shusterman.com has typo. It shouldn\'t be 12/23/02. I checked the previous processing date for this category is 12/26/01. I guess this category has moved to 01,2002 and new E2-1 is 12/23/01.
Will confirm my guess later after checking other URLs.

At least we know CSC is moving steady even EB2 didn\'t move its processing date for more than a month. I believe it should catch up with other categories very soon.
 
140 fast track

I heard INS release a new bill. if we pay 1000$ more, then INS will promise to process the I140 in 15 days. Anyone else heard this news? Is this true? Will this apply to all the EB catogery? When will this new bill be effective?
 
EB2 is still 11/16/01 as of 3/15/02

How come EB3 is 1/18/02 but EB2 is 11/16/01. Besides, EB2 was 11/16 more than two weeks ago, does this mean INS stoped EB2 process or what?

As far as I know, EB2 stayes on 11/16/01 for 3 reporting period (2 weeks a period). There must be sth wrong with it, but have no way to check.

I called up the CSC and spoke to an IIO. She asked my case no and after a few minutes told me that she would not reveal the status to me, but only to my attorney or employer. I am not sure if this is the normal practice. Any one else in the same boat. Pl post ur details so that it would be very helpful to all of us.
