TR to RIR conversion tracker

My case was certified

Hi, Guys
After 4 yrs and 2 mons my labor was certified finally as shown in the status column at EST 5:30 P.M.. I checked this morning at EST11:00 A.m. it showed in Process. Now I see the magic word "certified"! Praise the lord all mighty! My prayer was fianlly answered! Hang in there guys. I'm sure the BEC will keep their promise and all cases will be cleared by 9/2007. Good luck to everyone still waiting!

I am curious that how come only MA cases are being progressing...Not much changes reported from other places?

Any clues??

Phew !!! Done with PBEC

Shows "RIR - Certified". Hopefully I will be done with my second I-140, by the end of this month...will that make a difference? maybe not immediate with
retrogression, but options open up ;)

Congrats! Do come back and let us know when you have received the LC papers. Good luck with the rest of the process. I think your timeline may have a typo...your case type changed to RIR on April 24, not March 24 :)

Omg!!!!!!!!!

After only 6 'short' years my case shows the magic CERTIFIED. I will let you all know when will my attorney get the papers.
On a bitter sweet note, I am moving into the I140 & I485 mess.

Congrats, and good luck for the next steps. Do come back and post when you've received the LC papers. By the way, did you see the processing type change back to TR?
 
Finally TR/RIR LC certified, but I am still waiting for PERM to be certified so that I have better chance of getting I140&I485 approved without much hassles. Here is info upto this point and good luck to all of you.

and waiting for PERM approval cause I decided(consulted with attorney) not use the RIR LC due to few job requirements very specific to skills that I acquired while working with this company.

Wow! cool...you got your Labor certified in 3 days!! That must be a record...going by your case, I should be getting it today too.
 
MA case again, not sure it's a mistake. I have asked for screen shot of my case by sending the email to PBEC and I got the screen shot after about 3 hours and my status also changed to certified. hopefully it is not the guy changed status to avoid further headaches from me. And, hope it is right,
