TN Visa

Hello Folks,

We are planning to immigrate to USA on TN Visa, I hold under graduate degree (India - 3 years Bachelors) my work experience and education doesn't match, I have 15 years of experience in IT, since chances of getting TN in Management category is tricky. I'm planning on to take up some online PG courses or 1 year online Masters program in IT, my questions are as follows:

1. Any idea if I pursue online PG programs in IT + my 3 year under graduate degree will help me getting TN Visa under computer systems analyst category?
2. Any suggestions for online courses / PG programs in IT in Canada/USA.
3. Also, my wife works in IT Industry her education and work perfectly matches for TN Visa under Computer Systems Analyst category, will this help me in any way ? Any other thoughts or how we can best plan immigration to USA, we don't mind waiting for another 1-2 years time, your inputs / feedback is appreciated.

Thank you,

Justification for a degree can be (for eg: Bsc in Chemistry) working on projects involving chemicals (some SAP stream). so it is not necessary that computer degree is a must.
moreover tn1 is a non immigrant visa, you cannot have immigration intent.

Thanks for your response, I agree computer degree is not mandatory. Due to the fact I work in IT Industry for more than 15 years I'm unable to justify my current degree (Maths, Eco, Stats) to my work profile. Hence, thought I would take up some Diploma, PG in computers science which is more suitable for computer system analyst category that way chances of rejections now or in future renewals is less unlikely. I do know TN1 is non immigrant visa, my bad I didn't read my text before posting.

A diploma (from N America), along with 3 years experience is sufficient to qualify for many TN positions. You are correct in concluding that without a diploma, your work experience is meaningless towards getting a TN, other than as a management consultant.
